★★☆☆☆ Cannot download it despite the fact that I am staying in Germany for 5 months (Erasmus) at 15 km. of a nuclear power station. You need a German Google account with German means of payment (German credit cards, etc.) Finally, I have downloaded NINA instead, which works very well.

★★☆☆☆ 'Location services are available - guardian is being activated.' This notification appears multiple times per day, for weeks on end. Other than these notifications, the app doesn't seem to do anything. Has anybody actually ever been warned by this thing? Or does it just send senseless notifications about a guardian, who doesn't guard anything except the location? Android 11, latest Katwarn update is installed. Edit: update installed, looks like it stopped now, big relief!
