From my experience, I can say this app is pretty straightforward and easy to use. You can upload all your bank cards to this app and make payments online & offline; super handy! There are also daily, weekly and monthly offers and events available, which you need to join/participate to earn points. (These points can then be redeemed). I highly recommend this app so go ahead and download it.

This app is not user-friendly. It does not allow you to change any language settings (I may stand to be corrected) and is unnecessarily convoluted. If it was translatable, it may have provided a better user experience; however, it is not designed for foreign usage or standard banking actions and practices from international markets. The in person bank experience is 5 star. The only letdown to the company is the software interfaces of their provided apps...
