Please avoid this brand. The warranty reg process is worse. It takes 10–15 days to register. There is hurdle after hurdle. First you cannot upload the invoice. If you can, it will not accept and say invalid. If is accepted, you will not receive call from the warranty team. The whole process needs to be repeated multiple times. Finally, if they call you to verify, they will not send the warranty reg number. Customer care is of no use. They say will inform the warranty team but nothing happens.

I was initiated E warranty registration process on 2nd Feb, but this process is still in pending status no one call me for warranty purpose. I was contacted to customer service representative, but they are knowledgeless people. No one gives me proper resolution.These things are not good for the reputed brand like Kirloskar.(My Serial No is D21YXD099643)
