!!DO NOT USE!! I originally signed up for the 7 day free trial. You guys made it to where you can't actually file if you have the 7 day trial. So I go to the screen after trying to submit the taxes, and it says $192 yearly with "$16/mo" highlighted in green. I guess to trick people into thinking you are subscribed to the $16 a month plan. Now, when I try to cancel the subscription plan, you magically have a $22/mo plan....even with the $22/mo plan. People still can't submit taxes with the $22/mo

Scam, charges you yearly without notice. Why would there be a recurring charge to do my taxes? Why not charge me if I decide to file with Keeper? Avoid and use many of the other alternatives that don't have a slimy tactic of charging you without notice.

It's incredible to me that Keeper straight up denies you from looking at your estimated tax return after all that filing if you're trying to process it via desktop. The desktop side of their service is extremely bare bones and nearly non-functional, forcing you to try out their app. And the fact they force you to put in your bank information and ask for payment upfront first before even letting you do anything is very concerning.
