★★★★★ I'm writing this review just to help out people who aren't sure abt ketch to place their 1st order. I do not know whatever has happened with others to say such negative comments about their service like product delivery/refund/etc. I had made a bulk order & received all the products. Each of them are literally so good & received all my refund after returning some of them. Once you shop here you will get addicted. U can find the best collections with very affordable price for both men & women.

★★☆☆☆ Worst app ever 😡 I suggested you guys don't ever purchase anything from "ketch" because first of all if you ordered something the quality of product is too bad and then if you return product they will come to collect product in 1–2 days, but they will make you cry to get refund. My personal experience is that it's been 20 days that I returned my product, but I won't get my refund, and they are not even responding any call, any email The worst app ever 😡

★★☆☆☆ Horrible experience with Ketch. First order and I had to exchange it for a bigger size. After begging them to pick up my order for 4 days, I also had to write and call several times to get my exchange order delivered. Worst service, kindly refrain ordering from here. They will give fake assurances of delivering the order on some promised date and torture u throughout to get your order delivered.
