2 times a row we received refunds with apologies instead of tickets. First time was not critical, we ordered on the same day directly without intermediaries. The second time we ordered tickets to the Museum of the Future, 2 weeks in advance, specially for the arrival of people from another country (because everything was bought out at least for 2 weeks in advance). A few days before the date of the visit, we received the message "sorry, there will be no tickets, the fault of the provider".

Saw their promo 4 the national aquarium stating that if u buy the gen admission pass b4 sep, you will get a free upgrade to all access pass. But their agent is not aware of the promo & made me wait for hours. When I checked again, apparently, kidnap is not aware that they no longer have an agreement for the reduced price with the aquarium, so they changed the price from 105 to 180 aed. Instead of honoring the discount they told me I should have purchased b4 I reported the issue. WOW
