★★☆☆☆ The cameras haven't been sending me notifications for several weeks. I tried to reconnect the cameras, and they just won't connect.

★★☆☆☆ Transferred from spectrum after buying a house from kinetic customers. Paid for 1gb service, got confirmation and account number in email. Call to figure out how to log in to the app, as I have not set up an email or password for it. After 9 calls, a chat, and a voice call (who hung up abruptly after 15 minutes of silence), the only conclusion I can come to is: Whomever I paid to set up the transfer merely cancelled the previous homeowners account, and even though I've paid I have no account? Lol

★★☆☆☆ Looks like to me there has been no response from customer support at all to fix any problems Iv had mine for a week now and already have problems mite be letting mine go back not paying for what they won't take time to fix any bugs.2 star for now u only get that because of the price and easy setup u fix the problem u mite get better ☆ looks like your most your customers are not to happy I'm one of them the ones that are happy probably work for u.
