It's a great app good drivers but you guys update it, and now it works great new look nice BUT NOW IT DOESN'T SAY WEN THE DRIVER IS DOWNstairs like before it used to say DRIVER ON LOCATION.... IT INCONVENIENT FOR BOTH DRIVER AND CUSTOMER

Terrible experience. Once I arrived at my destination (late) the driver asked me for cash. I had already submitted my card details and chosen card as a payment option. When I told him I had no cash, and explained it was paid through the card he told me there was no such thing, we called the base, and they confirmed there were only cash payments despite the app accepting my card as a payment option, then hung up on me. The driver kicked me out of the car yelling thief in front of my job.

Bullshit This app sucks. The drivers don't ask the passenger if you are the individual who asked for a cab. This is a really awful uber attempt.
