As a hay fever sufferer, this App is very useful. I check each morning to see if I need a hay fever pill and if there is a 'high' then pill taken and no sneezing that day on the golf course or out for a walk in the fields.

Cannot sign in. Created an account, reset password, created a newer account... Still cannot sign into the app. I can sign into the website. I'm reading many people have this issue, and are just receiving canned responses here. Don't bother replying unless you have a solution that doesn't involve me reaching out to contact us. Thanks

Good idea but quite often it shows different count from what it actually is (for example I went outside just half an hour ago and got a huge allergy attack when it shows that the presence of grass pollen is currently at 6). It quite often shows count for the future but for current day shows 0 too. Not really reliable or worth it.

Why does it need all my information to give me a pollen count? App is clunky and unpolished. Easier just to Google the pollen count.

One of the worst apps I've used. You guys should probably stick to making overpriced tissues. The app doesn't track dandelion pollen, even though it's unanimously accepted as a weed and has been pollinating in my area for weeks. Every time I load the app and go to saved locations I get 'unauthorized request.' Same when I try and access the map. It has location permission though. Finally, they don't reply to e-mails asking why they don't track the most common weed in the country.
