Honestly these have to be the best ear buds I have ever owned. I have owned mostly off brand ones and the sound quality along with features is on another level. The app is great for making adjustments and seeing where the battery level is.

First time I downloaded it it connected to my speaker no issues. I haven't been able to connect to my speaker since. Uninstalled it and reinstalling it now. Still doesn't work. There's no reason to buy the speakers. They can't even get their app working correctly. Around for 75 years and I predict they won't be around for much longer.

We can't make it work. The sound bar doesn't connect to the app, and it requires us to unplug the sound bar every time we turn the TV back on. This means we also can't connect any other devices. We contacted customer support multiple times and kept getting sent a page on how to reset the sound bar. It has good sound quality when it works, but I can't get it to work reliably, and Kitsch support is little more than being shown how to use the self-help site. I'm going to switch to LG.

I have never been able to get this app to work with my t5 buds. Can't even get them to pair. 2.5-year-old buds brand new and can't ever get them to work. Ridiculous. One will pair, usually the right one, but never both. Very disappointed. Good thing my bose sport buds work flawlessly, without an app.
