Plase fix this. When you check in and receive the ticket on the app it doesn't let you zoom on the ticket.when you put the ticket (using the app) on the scanner machine at the gate it doesn't recognize the barcode as it needs to be zoomed since the ticket is too small.

Pretty pointless app at the moment. Can't even check in flights departing from MLA. Changes to existing bookings are virtually impossible (like business class upgrade to a different fare tariff). This app reflects the poor quality KM Malta Airlines currently offers, yet with prices way above cheap airlines.

Cannot even book additional hold luggage, lets you choose the option on the app and website then states cannot action payment step. A simple request to make customers lives easier. Noone even looking into this or responding when you contact them to ask if its being resolved, just called call us. Considering I managed to book the cheapest flights the return costs are still over £400 with no frills. Won't be flying with them next time

Boarding pass, as presented by the app, cannot be scanned at the airport as it is too small and cannot be zoomed/expanded. Useless functionality. Clearly not tested properly.
