This app is not good for doing mystery shops. It needs a lot of work. It's way too much to even list. Because of this awful app, I no longer do shops with certain companies that make you use it.

App just says you reached your limit of attempts to enter your Web Express WITHOUT providing ANY solutions on how to resolve this. This is especially unfortunate since assignments are due that day. I thought my CODE was my assignment ID, and it did not accept it. Moreover, the app is not user unfriendly or intuitive. Meh
