★★★★★ I have some lucky unit, which works. Cloud connection - for older devices (like mine) first of all you need to upgrade firmware. Just google "Component firmware update PDF". Use the app and connect to the cloud afterward. It is a cloud-connected app – it might have a slower response time, but it works 100%. To have a fast response, access the device from the panel or local network by using phone or PC. There are lots of hidden settings in the app – you can customize any of the predefined modes.

★★★★★ There are some image scaling issues on s21 ultra at 338 ppi. Sometimes it crashes when I launch the app after not using it for a while. Other than that seems to work fine.

★★☆☆☆ I don't have separate control, new app crashes when I click on center to change program and old app is also useless after latest update. Please at least restore previous Component app functionality until you get new one working.

★★☆☆☆ For some reason the app crashes when I try to open the schedule. I tried with two other phones, and it crashes with all of them. I also tried reseting everything on the unit. Still nothing. It seems that there is some kind of lagg between the app and cloud. If I change something via the app - auto, eco, fan speed etc., then there is a lagg before it reaches the unit. It is also viced versa - when I change something on the unit, there is a lagg before the info reaches the app. It is approximately 1 m

★★☆☆☆ Does not work. Session timeout when trying to connect (after having added the device). This issue persists for more than a year - leading to the conclusion that the company simply does not care.
