★★★★★ Now I can be on top of my Kone maintenance activities, great tool!

★★☆☆☆ When I first signed in to Kone online, I had trouble getting username and password to work ok. After trying for two days, it finally worked ok. Then I tried their app, which showed me that their tech had been here recently. That was a month ago. Today I just got a complaint call about the elevator, so I tried to log into the app to place a service call, but after logging in, it just went to a page that says "Something went wrong. Please try again in a while or contact our customer service." I waited a while and tried to log in again, but received the same message. So I gave up on the app and phoned in the service call. So right now their app is useless.

★★☆☆☆ Hi some can help me install this camera because l don't know how do this l install app, but there is only login to app no create account

★★☆☆☆ Useless app....dies not even accept your email ID though it is registered.
