The best place to shop for me, but worse app so far. Does Konga want to us, they don't know the app keeps crashing? If you want you to fold up just do that and stop stressing us. I cleared data and Cache and app still crashes immediately I open it on my Samsung s21+. This is very annoying and absurd!

I ordered for a Wi-Fi adapter since 30th November 2024 and up until now I haven't received it, 8 contacted your customer care, and they have been promising me. The most annoying part is that you guys wrote on your website that the item has been delivered to me and then asking me to rate my delivery. This is hilarious. Is this a way of scamming customers, or it's a problem from your logistics company? Please deliver my order or return my money in peace.
