★★☆☆☆ Disappointing Delivery Experience! I appreciate the good offers on this app, but unfortunately, my delivery experiences have been very disappointing. My first order took nearly two hours to arrive, although the driver was nice and respectful. Hoping for better this time, I placed a second order, but it was over 40 minutes late again, forcing me to cancel it. I really hope they address these delivery issues.

★★☆☆☆ If I could give a lower rating I would. The order takes forever to get to you. I'm currently waiting on an order that I submitted over an hour ago. The customer support sucks, the agent logs off before fully assisting you and gives you the most corporate bull shitty answers. The app is super outdated as well. I do not recommend and after this order gets here or gets cancelled (which there no option to do it yourself and no number for you to call) I'm deleting my account.
