Why can't I change its language in english. I am foreigner and I like to use orbit. There should be an alternative language

I'm amazed this app was available for me to download. There is no option for English language. Additionally, customer service confirmed to me that there is currently no way for customers outside of South Korea to even use the app because they can't verify foreign ID documents.

Foreigners cannot add bank account, so you cannot use KRW deposit and withdraw.
