5 Stars for Wear OS support! Barely any airlines, if any, have support for Wear OS or Ti zen OS. Kudos to KE for this. Anyway, the app is very sleek and easy to use. The modern ecosystem is very nice to see with the KE app.

It works, but it's basically the same as the website and doesn't support Google wallet for some crazy bizarre reason. If you import the "export" photo into Wallet it will recognize it as a boarding pass but will remove the pre-check logo. Which we all know is incredibly important to TSA agents. Edit: I will accept the explanation given as a sufficient excuse. "Officially" Korea doesn't have Google wallet yet, still annoying though.

App is not very helpful (no gate info, etc...), food on flight was mediocre, check-in & flight experience even worse, bottom of the barrel. Uninstalling, waste of space on my phone. There will be no next time.

We missed our flight because no one from korean air even bother to find their passengers that is missing in their flight we stayed here at honking international airport for a day sitting and sleeping in their most uncomfortable chairs here in honking. We arrive at honking airport at 11.30pm and their last check in baggage will be 11.55 if there is one personel from korean air that assist us maybe we catch our flight.

Very disappointed. I took KAL to Jeju a few years back, and it was wonderful with at least a cup of coffee for the hour-long flight. Now all the stewardess does is check seat belt and a waste of resources. Also, I paid more for KAL as I thought we will not have to transfer by buses, but that was not to be. So many flights, and it was a mess at gimpo if you are not a frequent flyer. Expect better service from KAL.
