★★★★★ It's good although betterment still needed

★★☆☆☆ Too much complicated & not user-friendly app. Login process app is very difficult. Every time giving ARN & OTP is irritating, also sometimes it says 'ARN invalid' at the time of logging in. Very poor development of application & there is no improvement even after long time. I advise the Kodak MF technical & developer team to look into the betterment of the app so that distributors can use it hassle-free. For example refer to the smooth user experience of Axis IFA Connect.

★★☆☆☆ Very much complicated system for initiating new transactions & not helpful in viewing client details. Even for existing clients, I'm being asked to fill up all details e.g. PAN, DOB, Folio etc. while initiating new transactions & That's really too much time taking as well as complicated & discouraging to make purchases through this application. I advise the Kodak MF team to look into the betterment of the app ASAP. For example refer to the smooth user experience of Axis IFA Connect.
