Ill experienced that my positions was blocked in December. I could open but was not allowed to ajust or close.. It sounds like I have been subject to the bugs. I lost all.my positions and thought it was a flaw on my phone. How comes that Kraken didn't warn us about this bugs. If its correct it exists? Is there a bug blocking orders? I contacted CF and Gary confirmed some bugs prevented buy/sell bottoms from working, but denied Kraken had any client obligations? Is that serious?

Why dont you take some tips from coinbase always works great and easy to use. Downloaded your app problems logging in. Very difficult to use. Must be easier key recovery yours is almost a nightmare. The coin chooses are great wish I could purchase some and not be worried about losing them or have a lot of aggravation getting into account.
