I am unable to set up kris+ with Google Pay. It keeps redirecting me to play store to download the Google Pay which I already have and set up. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Kris+ app/Gpay multiple times.

Citibank's transfer of points to krisflyer miles is still not working after more than a year past when I last tried it. Please don't do false advertising if the function isn't available. Be better if u just remove it completely from all the consumer touchpoints.

I tried using this app on Samsung a55 phone in a partner store, but it said the payment is not accepted. There is enough krisflyer miles transferred (and I am stuck since I cannot transfer back to krisflyer). I updated app, emailed customer service, reinstalled app, tried again at store. Doesn't work. Terrible experience and feel stuck not being able to get value of miles as an indian resident of Singapore Airlines and frequent flyer. Huge let down. Pls fix app. Pls give me a solution that works
