The services of the app are great. But this could be improved by including the beneficiary account number on the transaction receipt not the other way round. It does make sense to me to only display sender account number only. I almost had problem with some beneficiaries claiming that there is account number on the transaction receipt meaning account name can be same with others. Only numbers differentiate & clear doubts that I have actually made payments.

Horrible experience. They require both reasonable and unreasonable doc. Asking for landmark doc like how does it relate. Mtchewwwwww I did not open it again. Have to delete the app

All I want is for my money to be unfrozen, I have already given proof of the chat we had before and after the transaction to support, yet nothing has been done about it, this is really sad, so someone can easily pay me for services with kuda, and after services has been rendered, the same person can also come back and reclaim his or her money by disputing the transaction. I regrade using this app scammers can use this app successfully.

I downloaded this app day's ago, I tried logging in with my correct password, and it's saying incorrect password. I requested for password reset link buh it wasn't delivered to my email. I have complained to your customer service and nothing has been done it's 3 days now
