I have tried to connect my Twinset Halo lock to my Bluetooth android phone, Amazon tablet, and an Onn tablet. I have performed a factory reset on the lock. I have unplugged my modem and my router for more than 5 minutes, waited until the modem was finished starting up then plugged in the router. I even performed it with the router first then the modem. Restarting my phone and tablets with success. I can see the lock on the Bluetooth, but, it states I have to use the Twinset app. The part is now.

Update: still not good. You can't set a code to work at a time in the past based on the phone time, even if the lock is in a different time zone. The whole point is to do it remotely. Very frequently it fails to sync codes to the lock and times out. And then you don't get any notification that it failed. We followed the advice to have a unique account on each phone for the same lock, but the different codes STILL don't sync between the two phones. Two people can't manage the same lock.
