Very easy check-in to scan on your phone The only thing I don't like is the bathrooms are connected to the shower it's so ungodly hot and humid and I wish the showers had doors not curtains they need more removable shower heads I use the disability stall because I am disabled, but sometimes that is not available and there's only one definitely needs to have more removable shower heads and a wider spray on the shower head other than that they need to move the bathroom not adjoining the shower room

The app works well, with easy check-in upon arrival and fast court reservations. The hours and group class schedule appear to be up-to-date. It would be helpful to have notifications for holiday hours and alerts about the maintenance of crucial facilities, such as the pool or sauna.

Consistently hangs on load for every screen that isn't your membership card, they hide account management settings like "freeze" or "cancel"...the only thing it's useful for is checking into the gym

They won't let me cancel my membership. The instructions they emailed 2 weeks later are incorrect. I am nowhere near a la fitness and can't go in person. Will have to dispute charges.

App was keep crashing whenever I tried to pull up my membership qr code. Uninstalled and downloaded the app again. Asked me to login but forgot my username or password. Tried to find my username or password but the first thing they ask is to type in a barcode instead of asking my name or phone number to go through this. Very inefficient method.
