★★☆☆☆ NOT FIXED AS OF 6/30/22 Needs work. Since the implementation of the new app I can no longer make more than the minimum payment due for my loan. The only options are pay the whole thing off or pay the minimum payment. That is an absolutely horrible experience, so you have one star until you can update that to allow members to pay a different amount. Please escalate this issue to the appropriate department without asking me to contact someone else.

★★☆☆☆ This CU is the worst. Their new roll-out is a joke not one person can help me get access to my account.
