★★★★★ I enjoy the people at the bank they were very helpful The website is very easy to use and everything you need is there

★★☆☆☆ Terrible app. Can't look at anything else on phone without app closing and having to log back in. Even my small hometown credit union up north with only a few branches you can toggle between the app and your calculator.
★★☆☆☆ Alright, LMCU is a decent CU. But this app is just a dumpster fire. The reasons below: 1. The app UI is just plain ugly 2. When you have a joint account, there is 1 account owner and one account member. This means your spouse can deactivate you being able to log in, can deactivate your card and there isn't anything you can do about it. Luckily I have an amazing wife that would never financially isolate me, but this should MOST DEFINITELY NOT BE A FEATURE. There's more but 500 a character limit.
★★☆☆☆ One of the worst banking apps I have ever used. Trying to transfer money between accounts is horrible, and I have spent hours trying to pay a loan payment on their app. Still haven't figured it out. My primary account is with an actual bank, and their app is actually professional. This one.... Not so much.
