Add a feature I enjoy this app so much make it easy to see what's going on with my account but I would also like it if you hadd a begetting tool to help balance your money. So i don't have to use a 3rd party app or untrusted app.

Mobile deposit feature could be better. Most times it takes multiple tries to get a deposit to be accepted.

It is so nice and convenient to be able to track my deposits and also enter checks right on the app without having to make trips to the bank. My only wish is that Lanco would let me know why checks aren't deposited instead of me finding out when I balance my checkbook that it never went through.

Not great. GABBY (phone based account info) is a joke. Doesn't recognize basic account info (acct # and pin) and locks you out after 3 attempts. The App won't let you transfer money to anyone else's account even if they are also a LANCO member.

After the most recent update, it logged me out and keeps saying my password is wrong. The password is correct, and I've double-checked so many times logging in with the same password in the browser, but the app won't let me in.

Account balance is shown in British pounds... I live in America, emailed the app creator, no response. Have no idea how to change it
