★★★★★ Great app! I use it to measure property perimeter for our fencing company. The app has the tools to make on-site surveys and off-site surveys are easy with the map tools. Highly recommend to anyone who has to make land measurements. **UPDATE Latest update is amazing! I wrote the developers a few weeks ago and asked them to add a screen for creating paths and enclosures by entering coordinates and they did! Fantastic app and a great development company. Thanks for creating this marvelous app!

★★☆☆☆ Prodding new users for reviews before we open an app for the first time is an inherently abusive business practice.

★★☆☆☆ Clearing a few acres of property. Looking for an app to check elevations at corners and GPS to verify property lines. Liked the layout and features but after several hours of scouring the website I could not find instructions for use, just a little pop-up with 3 diagrams. This is the third app I have downloaded and then deleted for want of directions. Do all developers assume every product is so good instructions are not needed, or do you have to pay for instructions? Really frustrated.

★★☆☆☆ Plotter is unreliable. Have paid option but often can only make two plots for a single area if plots are close. Clearly ap is in need of more work. ....don't pay for it
