★★★★★ [UPDATE] The app continues to function well, but I'm getting a bit tired of closing the same ads at the top of the app every time I open it. Please. Stop the repetitive ads for exactly the same product. If I close it without going in, I'm not interested. If I want insurance, I'll do a search including on the SG website. I promise!

★★☆☆☆ It's been 4 days waiting my money show when the assurance gives it back too bad and the people working in sg they are very difficult to ask they don't help imagine I open account they give me papers to sign it with assurance I said to the person that I don't need it now, and I have a lot of hidden charge I work only for pay that assurance that I don't inquire it that's so horrible experience

★★☆☆☆ I can't access anything on the app. I can't make transfers, check card pin, anything. I can only see balance. I cannot even make any modification. It says I don't have access to do that. I need to contact my advisor or something. This is my bank account, but I can't do anything, zilch

★★☆☆☆ It has been almost a week now that the app keeps denying my sign in detail and displaying a "Service momentanément indisponible. Merci de essayer ultérieurement" I even tried using roaming to see if it's due to the phone number being different form that in the acount (which btw got me into huge charges) but it still didn't work. I have been out of France for almost 2 months now and the app was working just fine at first, now I have to pay my rent in France, but the app doesn't let me sign in.
