The app is good. But the LBC delivery is not good, slow delivery of package. It tooks more than 10 days. The delivery is not continuously, not 24/7 delivery. Hope they will improve it.

I have been trying to register, so I can track my packages, but it won't send me the verification code through text. I have checked the spam folder, but there's nothing in there. I get the verification code through email just fine, but it won't send the secondary code through text. The old app worked great this one not so much

I ship with you regularly, but the app does not work (I can't even register on it) and the website only works occasionally, so I always need to go to your office. Please fix this soon! No excuse for an app (or website) to be so poorly written in this day!

Your delivery will take century to deliver. W d heck??? So slow as turtle feeling sleepy. So disappointing. Will not even update you even in sms. Unlike the others... Big No Lbc. Till now. No update. Till now 3 months. ... You don't even provide proper number or person in customer service to chat.... I will never ever do transaction in lbc again👎👎👎
