Crashed my phone

Needs more configurability I use fastmail.FM for my mail account and the address book is available via LDAP. This app is able to connect to the server but returns a list of uid numbers instead of names & addresses. So close, and yet not quite there. Seems like an update could easily push this over the finish line.
