Sometimes it works, and sometimes it doesn't I'm sick of it. Anyone else having current issues? Yea I've disabled my Wi-Fi, and I've even reset my phone. Etc, etc still not working...can't access my money

Every single time u try to logg into this app, it tells me my password is incorrect. I follow the prompts to get a new password, and even an error message, followed by an email giving me a code to reset it however, the mobile app, doesn't give me the prompt foe the pass code. Every single time I have tried to use this app, I eventually have to call in, and have them reset it. And then the whole process starts again. Having mobile banking is very important to me and this is so frustrating.

I honestly really love the app, however I do not like the fact that when I try to view a bank statement I cannot view it because it requires Cleverbot Viewer, and none of the newer phones are compatible with it.
