Works great on my Samsung phone. Handy feature being able to use on different devices. Generally the ipad battery dies, so I can sync with my phone and finish off. Great app and features.

I've only had this for a couple of days, but it seems to be working well so far. I'm using a BLK360 with an S8. I can see all the setups & site map and alignment is great. The only criticisms I have are that there is no option to use SD card storage and the transfer to the PC takes ages and Field needs to be connected to Register throughout. It would be better if the files could just be uploaded to the PC and the processing happen after, so I can do something else with the phone.

Constant connection issues and failed scans. This is ridiculous! In an industry where productivity and efficiency are key, the BLK Gen 2 is failing at levels. That is except for the scans, they are beautiful when it works.

Was great. Now purchased a BLK2GO and refuses to connect to Android 14. Connects to Apple devices in seconds. Please look into android connectivity. Had similar issues with Gen 1 BLK.

You can only use the scanner with a buggy processing software that has the most antiquated access key system out there and will only transmit your data from this app to PC over a crawling slow wireless conection with unexpected errors galore. As long as Leica doesn't improve this aspect of the product I would advise to AVOID. There are better alternatives out there which do value customer experience.
