★★★★★ I am from austria. I found the app by asking how to buy a bus tocket in leipzig. Minstall etc. was easy. One star less for useless additional confirmation with my bank for such a small amount of €3. This 'risk' can be shouldered by the city my pov.

★★☆☆☆ Awful app, very complicated. I downloaded the app for my upcoming trip to Leipzig, and it was impossible to fathom. This was not helped by the fact that although there is an option for English, once to clock on anything else it reverts to German. I will use ticket machines when I get there.

★★☆☆☆ Cannot take my gf on the tram. Useless when you don't have enough cash money and need to take public transport. Who travels by themselves?
