I'm trying to enter a password reset confirmation code in an app. The code entry field is not available. Unable to enter verification code. Therefore, there is no way to register. Previously, registration was normal and the application worked. Now even my electronic login, with which I entered the previous version of the program, is not recognized. Other users have similar problems, judging by the reviews. The problem is more than 3 months old since the release of version 1.9.14 What to do?

Suggestion: Add a feature that allows us to rotate map as well as safe the map. Sometimes the map simple gets erased/reset on its own, and it is a pain to redo the map.

Has just 3 voice packets currently. Would be great to place your own audio files to indicate vacuum cleaner status. Also, would be great to be able to order parts locally from the app directly or at least redirected to local site for order

It seems there are some bugs after major app upgrade this year. The robot stopped cleaning one room with description "is not reachable", even it is just 10 m away without doors, and it used to clean that area regulary for past year! The previous version of app worked well and even though UI was not perfect, and sometimes the map got lost, the robot got its job done. That is not so reliable with this app version. Please fix those issues, so I rate it better in near future 😉
