The watch doesn't stay consistently connected to my android phone Wi-Fi! Therefore, I never know if I can use the phone! Also, doesn't count steps accurately.

Crash, crash, crash is all it does. I can't even get it set up.

Battery life is very poor. I have charged the watch and the battery is full, as soon I wear it within 3 hours the battery is dead.

App won't keep track of steps. Only shows about half. Only keeps track of 2–3 hours of Sleep. Only able to receive and send calls 1/3 of the time. It is a model a27. My model a21 works perfectly
