★★★★★ I love Lets work! I've been using the app for 3 months now and all I can say is I love l their locations! My favorites are the Rove at trade center since its close to my apartment and tania's tea house if I wanted inspiration. I work as a freelance writer and lets work places gives me a great idea on of inspiration (Which I reall need) Overall my experience is great! I've met a few friends as well.

★★★★★ Lets Work is a fantastic app for finding and booking coworking spaces. Easy to use, with great options and flexibility for remote work. Highly recommend!

★★☆☆☆ I'm giving it one start because of customer service. I talked to a guy named Hamza. They deducted from my bank account. So I asked why did I not get a notification or a text. He replied that one email is sent a day before deduction which doesn't show because it gets flagged as unimportant. The reply was "oops". Literally just "oops". I have never seen something more unprofessional. So if anyone is planning on cancelling do it a month in advance. Also fyi cant use the referral discount for renewal

★★☆☆☆ Be careful with there auto-renew. They trick people to believe there is no auto-renew. On app, they show on certain day your membership expires, but it's actually auto-renew. There is option in the app to cancel, you have to click on reminder email. There whole business model is like this. The customer care never help whatever or how serious reason is. Also, it is almost same to just go any café... At least staff serve you with some respect. Never going to use again.
