★★★★★ This app works smoothly for all the functionalities. But it has a very major issue which is it doingn't have dark (night) mode when watching movies at night where I prefer adjusting volumes and sound modes through app rather than their slow outdated remote, it's a hell of a disturbance with the light mode on always. Please bring this Dark mode update asap. Please consider this issue LG developers 🥲

★★★★★ It's quite convenient to adjust soundbar and speaker settings with this app in case you are using only the TV remote to manager audio.

★★☆☆☆ It used to work fine on my Samsung Galaxy S22, but I've just upgraded to a Galaxy S25, and it doesn't work. My phone Bluetooth will connect to my SC9 soundbar to play music, but when I try to set up the LG Soundbar app, it searches for the soundbar but can't find it, even though the blue Bluetooth light is flashing, and it's already connected to my phone by Bluetooth. All I get is 'There is no Soundbar to connect'

★★☆☆☆ Just bought a soundbar, installed app, everything was cool. I ran an update for soundbar, and now I can't connect with LG Soundbar app, it's moved to another app. The other app LG ThinQ requires you to register... for what? A soundbar? That worked with this app a couple of minutes ago?...

★★☆☆☆ The AI function does show on either the app or sound bar, I have a sky which says it should have it, but no luck
