★★★★★ I'm using to control my air conditioner, it's work fine, but the wind rate control is not working. The device makes a sound when I try to change by the app, but it doesn't change effectively... On the remote control works fine.

★★★★★ Our only complaint/problem so far is that the ice maker on the door keeps getting clogged up with ice cubes. The ice cubes clump together on both ends of ice holder so that the ice dispenser on the door quits dropping ice. I have to open the access door to the ice maker, so I can tilt the ice container out, so I can use a butter knife to break up the ice jam on both ends. ★★★★★ It's A Great App overall for connecting to a lg smart tv, and it makes it easier to use and gives some extra smart features overall great app for connecting your lg tv with the app it's well-designed though. I have noticed a bug that there's an option in the app after connecting your tv the voice control option it works though the first time when I start it it gives me error code 200 a temporary issue has occurred while connecting to the server the next time it works I hope this gets fixed ...

★★☆☆☆ Useless app. Most of the time does not connect to the LG washer dryer. The LG washer dryer has remote ON button however it does not work always and has no remote control via app. LG should seriously look to improve their appliances and apps like Samsung does.

★★☆☆☆ Since last update, Alexa fails to control my LG TV. If I don't connect the alexa app on the TV, I can use echo dot for basic controls like switch on/off, volume and channels, but I can't open apps like Netflix or YouTube. On the other hand, if I do connect the alexa account on the TV app, I can open apps and turn off the TV, but I can't turn it back on. Alexa simply says "device is not responding".
