★★☆☆☆ Requires to be complicated lookup if charging station, with funky codes, then requires another code to be entered, plus select a time to charge. Why not just use a qr code on the station? Compared to other charging solutions, this one is bottom of the barrel.

★★☆☆☆ The charger didn't charge the vehicle and the plug wouldn't release so we were left stranded for multiple hours. The contact number on the charging station sent us straight to voicemail. As I type this we are still stranded.

★★☆☆☆ I agree with every negative review. I am a new EV owner in a town with limited charging stations. I needed a change and found one of Liberty Hydra's stations on my local university campus. Downloaded the app ... Three times ... And it kept failing. I am always ready to support new companies. But I can't support this one until they can make their app functional so that people can use their services. Stay away from this company's charging stations.
