Registered then further cannot reset password not sure what's the username I just gave my email ID, but it says some or the other validation error. Seema impossible to log in with the policy number

Worst and waste app. Not working at all in anytime and anywhere in the world. It's frustrating, and I'm not interested to continue with LIC.

It is one of the worst insurance apps I have ever used. I got the notification that the password is expired and to reset the password. When I try to reset the password, the app says that the use rid doesn't exist. I clicked the forgotten use rid option, and then they sent me the same use rid, which I tried to log in. Again, I tried to reset the password, and the same story continues. "User ID doesn't exist."

Logging into the LIC portal to pay premiums is frustrating due to mandatory password expirations, which often result in misleading error messages during reset attempts. This situation seems to force reliance on LIC agents. Unlike ICICI Bank, LIC doesn't use multifactor authentication, which raises security concerns. As a customer who pays premiums annually, I face repetitive issues with password expiration and resetting errors, questioning why LIC hasn't adopted more secure authentication method

After struggling for a long time I could not generate the life certificate as the camera was not enabled and the instructions to enable it were for the browser rather than the app. There is no address bar visible in the app.
