★★★★★ They finally added the rating system in the app! I was quite annoyed it wasn't a thing, but now you can easily order your food and rate/review them without having to go extra steps or not being able to rate at all. And the app feels smoother. Quite happy with the changes.

★★★★★ This app is fantastic, but I wish there were a way for delivery drivers to set up their own accounts, so tips could go directly to them through the app. Currently, tips often go to the restaurant, and there's no guarantee they’ll pass them on to the drivers.

★★☆☆☆ Restaurant never delivered food, app never replied to help, essentially they just stole my money.

★★☆☆☆ Worst delivery experience more than 5 times. That's the reason I am writing the review. The app show 40 mins delivery but once you order it's taking more than 90 mins . Better I walk and pick my own food.

★★☆☆☆ Really zero customer support. If restaurant doesn't deliver, they take no responsibility. I had an undelivered order, and they didn't bother with it. There is no way to contact them at least not given on the App.

★★☆☆☆ If you can skip Lieferando and order directly from the restaurant, you will have a much better experience.
