I placed an order expecting a timely delivery, but it took over an hour to arrive. I had to cancel the delivery. This is unacceptable, especially when dealing with essential medications. If they advertise a quick delivery service, they should ensure they meet those expectations. I understand occasional delays, but this seems to be a recurring issue.
