This app has been great to use. It is easy to use. The app protects your identity and documents, like passport, driver license, email address, gamer tags, credit or debit card, and bank account as well as insurance.

20 second log in timer isn't enough time when working from a cellphone: request code, access code, return to page, enter code (not paste enabled, brilliant!), scroll and enter captcha. By the time all of this is done, your timer has expired.

Horrible. No effective accurate support after 12 days of account lock out & 8 hrs on the phone All I needed was one phone number change. Really inspires confidence NOT that your identity & security are being covered for $120 a year or more. Identity Theft is no good if the identity can't even check their own accounts with who is supposed to be protecting them.

Persistent issues with sign-in. I can log into the website without any problem, but not this app. And the Forgot Password option DOES NOT WORK. I've never been able to reset my password with their service without calling support, yet they don't seem to have an issue sending me email notifications about credit-checks or promotions/ads. I don't get it. At least the website works. Update: Same problem today that plagued this garbage service 4 years ago.

Feeling deceived. The monitoring function does not cover the main data to be monitored. Their support does not resolve, even waiting almost 1 hour in line. Terrible! Update: I tried the support, so they asked for my SSN.... Are you kidding me?!
