I've happily used Lightning+ for many years. It still works fine on my new Android 12 phone, except bookmarks won't import. Tried 2 other browsers, hated them. It's worth manually re-entering my bookmarks to stick with Lightning+. It's SO much faster, the slide out bookmarks/tab list side panels are MUCH more convenient, allowing full use of the screen, and it still blocks ads just fine. -1 star for abandonment. PLEASE UPDATE the best browser out there - don't let it ignobly die of neglect.

Lightning + is my new default browser for my Android TV box. (The free version does not have ad-blocking.) Unlike Chrome and most Android browsers, Lightning page navigation is mouse-friendly. Lightning's extra mouse-drag. Content navigation is easier and faster than Chrome's remote control arrow-down and page-down mouse navigation. I tested dozens of Android browsers. Lightning is the one with the best balance of features. Lightning is feature-rich like Chrome without the bloat, mouse-friendly like Firefox, and, best of all, it has options to offload certain links to external apps like YouTube that are better able to render content. I also like READER MODE with independent font size and dark mode flexibility. Old versions of Lightning were fast but feature-poor. The new Lightning has both speed and great features.

Not sure about this, but first of all, when updating adblock is it normal to be redirected to malware bites page to download some browser extension? I was infected with some payload and I think it was from downloading adblock list, but I'm not 100% sure... I would like to know if downloading adblock list could be security issue ???? How safe is this browser? Give 1* for now but not sure Also exporting bookmarks, deleting data and importing bookmarks inverse URL and description in the bookmark!

(Updated review) Version 5 introduces a major keyboard bug which makes it difficult to type on the URL bar, since the keyboard interface blinks as you type. It sometimes registers touches to the layer behind the keyboard. On Android 10, Pixel 3a. (Old review) Perfect mobile browser. Clean, fast, and more stable than stock Chrome. Please keep those great updates coming!
