★★☆☆☆ I can't get in the app. I'm so disappointed in the app, I'm about to pull my account and open another one in different bank. Your bug fix update just made it worse. The call center is closed when I call. My branch changed their hours, so I can't reach anyone there, and they're not even listed in the phone tree as a branch in my area. This is ridiculous.

★★☆☆☆ They took my money for some bs service charge even though I never had that, and I had over the minimum to keep account open and from getting charged...
