Decided to give it a go for our business, works phenomenally. Very simple, nothing eccentric. Call comes in on my phone under our business and with a unique logo, so it's easy to differentiate from normal calls. Can check VM, Call Logs & Text directly in the app. Great Value for a simple product that works exactly how you need it too and nothing more. I don't bother rating apps usually, but this area of the market is pretty flooded when I was looking into solutions. So hope this helps you.

Linked Phone has been instrumental in helping our small business go remote since COVID. We are very pleased with their customer service as they always help solve the issue when we have had a problem. They will do test calls and confer with us while trying to find a solution.

This app is terrible for business. It's nice having another phone number connected to your personal number but when someone tries to call you with the phone number the app gives you, it just notifies you through the app. Once in a while it will ring, but other than that it does not ring at all, and you can't answer it. Sometimes someone will call 10 minutes ago as an example and the notification won't appear until 10 minutes after the fact. Horrible app for business. Do not recommend using it.

When business calls come in it will show my number not the customers. I've been through customer support countless times with the same solution to re-download the app and accept all permissions. That's it. Doesn't work. Also, I will open the app and then texts will come through that are sometimes a day old! At the very least hours old. This is not good. They did an update awhile ago and now the whole app is slow and buggy as well. Long delay in between buttons or full on lockups and crashing.
