LISA: Look & feel good

★★☆☆☆ Great idea, but the UX sucks. Total garbage. 1. Choosing a date for credit card expiration is a nightmare. Had to scroll through every single month until I got to August 2022. Also makes you choose a specific date in the month and year which is very confusing and makes zero sense. Keyboard covers "Ok" button and can't press enter. 2. Submit appointment request, and it just says "Oops!" with NO explanation of what went wrong. Still haven't been able to book anything. 3. Go into any section from the Menu and the menu button just disappears. You have to hit the back button to get to a previous screen and then hit the menu button again. 4. The one and only option in Manage Account is to change your password. No option to save a payment method or other things that might be helpful...

★★☆☆☆ Licenses and billing I've tried to register myself as a provider and the app will stop, or it will not allow me to add licenses or billing....urgh?

★★☆☆☆ Not letting me select service options After entering my billing information app stopped working. Please help.

★★☆☆☆ Greedy Well they took out %35 from the services!!!!!!!! I have tried to contact them twice, no response yet. They said the deduction for using the app would be %15, that's pretty good and then wham a wopping %20 at checkout and then another %15 disappeared after that between getting deposited into my account!! For a grand total of %35!!! WOW! Can someone say why so much greed man? And lack of communication???
