★★★★★ I'm not sure what problems others are having with mobile check deposit. It works fine for me on my Pixel 8. It worked the first time and I got an immediate email confirmation regarding the deposit.

★★☆☆☆ Update 06/24/23: Still horrible for mobile deposits. App crashes on a brand new Google Pixel 7a when taking check pictures. Sometimes it crashes, and sometimes it gives a generic error. There is no way to scan and submit the check through the website. This is extremely frustrating because to deposit you have to write "For mobile deposit at Live Oak Bank Only" on their check. Then you can't deposit it at Live Oak Bank or any other bank.

★★☆☆☆ Biometric login fails to work correctly, doesn't prompt for it, although it is enabled. Kinda defeats the purpose. So very tired of this long-standing bug and this bank's extremely long hold time on deposits.
