★★★★★ My senior father experience hearing loss at an exponential rate one from having to talk loud then and a month later it could not communicate all without hearing aid, then about a year later we started to have trouble communicating with a hearing aid, and almost overnight could not communicate AT ALL with hearing aids($5000 device) greatly affected his quality of life as well as my mom and I, It was so sad to watch him endlessly try to figure out CONVRSTNS all day and fail99%.THISisANSWER PRAYERS!!

★★★★★ Very useful! It really needs a clear-screen button. I use it to help a deaf patient communicate with her doctors at a hospital, and she always starts reading from the top, which makes the event cumbersome.

★★☆☆☆ Bloatware, not needed for us basic users, must be another back door. We pay for our devices, and you disallow control to remove crud like this. As a consumer I should have control, I pay the bills, let me remove it (uninstall it)

★★☆☆☆ The app would just open up and start transcribing everything being said. I didn't install this app and don't use it as... WHY would I?... total junk for me and I wish I could REMOVE those apps that I don't use nor want.
